This is a pre-order sale. The current estimate from Weta is September 2025. However, as many of you are aware, not a single pre-order estimate in the past five years has been on time. As such, please follow the Castle Kon Facebook page for updates on this and other pre-orders. Also, if any other seller claims to have this before Castle Kon (other than Weta directly), it is most likely out-of-date information. Castle Kon will receive its pre-ordered amount 3 – 5 days after our distributor gets them in stock from Weta and we ship within a week of receiving the items.
We are setting a $20+ FREE SHIPPING for US customers and discounted shipping for international folks with non refundable deposit with the remainder due September, 2025. If the item is shipped earlier, Castle Kon will email to pay earlier. If the ship date pushes out, we shall move the remainder pay date accordingly (or try to since the system does not always work sorry!)
*Non-refundable note: Castle Kon does not get refunded the PayPal / credit card fees when providing refunds. As such, we are moving to a credit transfer process. For example, if you purchase this item for deposit of $20, and desire a refund, we will cancel the pre-order and provide a $20 credit toward any other order with Castle Kon OR will provide a 95% refund ($19.00).

In those days of bitter winter, there was none who stood taller than Helm, for his spirit was as a mountain of iron in the face of his foes. Clad in mighty helm and armed with sturdy fist, he guarded his people as fiercely as the trolls that stalked the snowbound hills. A warlord king in truth, King Helm of Rohan wielded his strength against all who threatened the Riddermark™, and the shadow of his resolve lay long upon his enemies’ hearts.

Building upon what was designed for The War of the Rohirrim, Wētā Workshop concept artist Daniel Falconer reimagined the helmet from the original 2D animation as a fully functional piece of armour, worn and battle-scarred by history. Expert sculptor Shaun Bolton then crafted the design in clay, breathing life into every ridge, dent, and worn edge with the authenticity only decades of experience could provide.
Having both worked on The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, Falconer and Bolton have channelled their dedication to Middle-earth into this intricate, miniature relic—capturing not only the might of King Helm but also the timeless legacy of Rohan.
