PRE-ORDER NOTES: Due to popular demand and all 40 of the ones Castle Kon had from MegaCon selling out instantly. We are planning on getting more. Please read this VERY carefully. Castle Kon is Florida based and thus, it was easy for us to drive back to our hometown of Orlando for MegaCon and pickup the Rings previously. We recently discovered that these are NOT MegaCon exclusives, but FanExpo (the company that owns MegaCon) exclusives. Thus, these will be sold at FanExpo shows until they sell out. I believe there are between 1000 – 1500 total of these in the limited edition.
The next three FanExpo events are: Calgary April 23 (Castle Kon cannot go to this event), Denver May 28 (this event is most likely to be the one we go to), and Philadelphia May 29 (if Denver does not work out, this is a backup). We are UNSURE which of these three or if all three will sell these rings. So how will this preorder work?

Castle Kon is going to purchase flights and hotel to the event that has the Rings up for order. We are going to bring our scale, all the packing equipment, etc. to ship at the event! We were NOT planning on doing this, but we have lots of people asking us for this Ring and as is our mission, we must spread the love of Tolkien around the world!

The $300 is NONREFUNDABLE unless we cannot secure your Ring. If for whatever reason, we cannot get the Ring (due to travel, random limits being placed, etc.), then you will be refunded in full.

Flights will cost $400-500. Hotel will cost around $200/night. + badge cost + sales tax on the items + PayPal fees + included shipping in the US. Travel time for us to Denver is over 10 hours. Going to the Con, picking them up, and then going back to the hotel to ship 16+ rings will take at least another 10 hours. We calculated that the endeavor at $300 each would make us between $12-18 / hour of effort. Castle Kon despises scalpers and does not condone scalping behavior. There are already people on eBay trying to sell them for $700+. We are genuinely trying to do this to help everyone get this exclusive!
