Description
The sword of Théodred, fallen son of King Théoden. Théodred ‘s sword was the mate to the sword of Éowyn, his cousin. It was virtually identical, except for its green enameling on the hilt and green leather grip. This authentically detailed sword replica is a reproduction of the actual filming prop sword crafted by Weta Workshop of New Zealand and used in The “Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers” film presented by New Line Cinema. This meticulously detailed sword, with an overall length of 36 1/2”, features a solid metal guard and pommel with an antique brass plated finish and a tough TPU grip. The 30 1/8” false-edged blade is crafted of tempered stainless steel with a wide filler groove. Each sword is individually serial numbered and presented with a wood wall display and certificate of authenticity.

Théodred should be shipping from the factory [in the next two months].
NOTE: This means shipping via VERY SLOW BOAT from the factory in Asia to the US. Then comes months of customs, delays, unpacking at UC warehouse, shipment to Castle Kon, then us packing and shipping to you knights. We are currently estimating April – May shipping to you. Remember Guthwine though… that was estimated December 2020 and did not ship until May 2021.

Here’s a sneak peek at the UC Theodred sword prototype compared to the actual screen used prop. Probably early 2022 before we see these in stock but the first prototype is pretty close.
NOTE: The “sneak peek” referenced is in the gallery.
