PRE-ORDER NOTE:

This is a pre-order sale. The current estimate from United Cutlery is April 2027. We are getting updated information late June. However, as many of you are aware, not a single pre-order estimate in the past five years has been on time. As such, please follow the Castle Kon Facebook page for updates on this and other pre-orders. Also, if any other seller claims to have this before Castle Kon (other than United Cutlery directly), it is most likely out-of-date information. Castle Kon will receive its pre-ordered amount 3 – 5 days after our distributor gets them in stock from United Cutlery and we ship within a week of receiving the items.

We are setting a 15% + shipping non-refundable deposit with the remainder due March 31, 2027. If the item is shipped earlier, Castle Kon will email to pay earlier. If the ship date pushes out, we shall move the remainder pay date accordingly (or try to since the system does not always work sorry!) Also note, that to get the maximum value out of your %-based coupons, you will receive more savings if you pay in full now.

*Non-refundable note: Castle Kon does not get refunded the PayPal / credit card fees when providing refunds. As such, we are moving to a credit transfer process. For example, if you purchase this item for deposit of $50, and desire a refund, we will cancel the pre-order and provide a $50 credit toward any other order with Castle Kon OR will provide a 95% refund ($47.50).

In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole. It was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort.

Every hobbit-hole is unique, expressing the personality of its inhabitants with colour, prettily adorned gardens, furniture, and the rustic debris of everyday life.

The abiding atmosphere of Bag End itself is one of lazy comfort, from the pretty but slightly overgrown gardens that hug its eaves to the welcoming clutter inside its labyrinthine chambers.

Sprawling around the Hill beneath the shade of an old oak tree whose roots twist through its halls, the grand smial reflects the gentle good humour of its hosts and the universal hobbit love of simple pleasures. A warm glow lights up the windows, a gentle candlelight reflecting the warmth found within.
